Message Handling

Message handling is the bread-and-butter mission for ARES communicators. Until a few years ago, ARES communicators only had to worry about the ARRL’s Radiogram form. It’s simple, familiar, and used daily by those in the National Traffic System (NTS). Now, with the formalization of the Incident Command System, there are a few more forms that the ARES communicator must be familiar with.
